iTunes Store Not Available?

Anyone having issues purchasing tracks from the iTunes Store? I've been trying to by Emerge for the last half hour and for about an hour last night, all the time telling me it's not available at this time.

24 Hours and the iTunes store is still down. Are they doing a major update or what?

Working fine here, just downloaded the free single of the week.
