The store will not work even though my internet works perfectly. It says "iTunes cannot connect to the iTunes store. Make sure your network connection is active and try again.". but my connection is great. These are my network diagnostics when i choose "run diagnostics" through the help section in iTunes.

Assuming that you are getting a valid internet adress I must ask if your running a firewall (outside of windows firewall)
