iTunes Support is a bad joke....

    Can anyone help me get a connection to iTunes?

    I've had my MBP for two weeks now. The first two days itunes works great. From then on I can't get a connection. The error says the connection timed out. I get this error when trying to login or setup a new account (I'm desperate and even trying to setup another account).

    The only iTunes support available is via email, no phone. The person that has been trying to help me keeps sending me to the same documents (which are fine if you have a Windows Vista PC).

    Then she wants me to login to itunes and change my email address. Problem is I can't login to itunes.

    What can I do?
