When I sync my iPhone with iTunes I have pictures selected via iPhoto. I have only one folder in iPhoto selected and the iPhone syncs just fine but on the iPhone there are now two picture folders (i guess) one is the name of my sync folder (named:Mobile) and then there is also another one named "Photo Library" with the same images inside.

Why is there two folders on the iPhone with the same images?
How can I fix this so I'm not doubling up on pictures on the phone and wasting storage space.

When I choose the "Photo" icon on the iPhone there should only be two options to choose from
    1. Camera Roll
    2. Mobile (my sync'd folder name)

    TIA

One is the entire library of your photos synced, the other is just the folder.

They are likely not doubled up, but just referenced by both 'albums'.

FOr example if you synced two folders, "1" and "2", you will get 3 albums (plus the camera roll): 1 and 2, containing their respective images, and the Photo Library album, which shows all the photos. Again, I don't think it puts the photos on twice, but just references them.
