iTunes Syncing Help

So i just got my mac..

All my music on the mac in iTunes fine then when i come to plugging the phone in and clicking sync, it does it really fast and hasn't added anything.. and i know i clicked on the tabs like 'Music' for example, now here is the problem when i click the 'Music' tab a tick the box 'Sync Music' it says ..
'Are you sure you want to sync music? All existing information on the iPhone 'iTom' (my phone) will be replaced with songs and playlists from the iTunes Library'
Now i have tried clicking ok before, its puts all my 300 songs back on the phone which takes forever.
All i want is it to sync the 1 or 2 songs that i have just added to my iTunes library!

Sounds like you unticked it from the last time you synced. Leave it always ticked.

Yes, just let it sync again. If you changed the settings, synced, and then changed them again, you will need to sync again for them to take effect.
