I have just gotten a new MacBook Pro for my own use, but am leaving my family's iTunes and iPhoto libraries on my old Mac Pro so they can continue to access them there. I am going to copy both those libraries to my machine - but if I buy new music, how can I easily send my changes to the Mac Pro? Or vice versa? And iTunes sharing is not a very attractive option, since I will be out of the house most of the time with this machine.

Drop box if you would want to sync them from off site.

Mobile Me could work depending on the set up.

If you will be living in the house, perhaps a networked external HD plugged into the router.

Or, if you live outside the house and want to periodically sync, you'll have to do it manually (thumb drive, etc.)

It really depends on your needs, wants, living situation and network set up.
