Itunes un-installing programs from iphone!

Everytime i sync my iphone 3g with itunes, itunes un-installs my apps/games. Itunes only shows that i have 7 apps installed but i actually have over 20 apps/games.

Is there anyway to fix this? I want to sync some movies and songs but i cant 🙁
 
In iTunes buy the missing applications. It should not recharge for them. When you now sync with iTunes all should be fine.
