This message keeps coming up every couple of minutes in iTunes 12.3 and I'm not sure how to fix it... anyone else having the same problem / know how to fix it?

Having the same issue here too. Running OS X 10.10.5 and had just upgraded to 12.3 and this began happening.

I'm hesitant to do an iPhone restore because of this issue.

Might this be why I cannot access my purchases via my iPad Air 2 after the upgrade? My iPhone 6 works fine though.

Alas, the Windows version of iTunes 12.3 is causing this problem, too. I believe Apple is now aware of this and may issue a patch to iTunes itself to fix the problem.

Good news! It appears Apple has fixed the problem without having to download a new version of iOS 9.0 or iTunes. Sounds like a server problem on Apple's end.

So this could happen again at any time, and there'd be nothing we could do about it?
