iTunes update just CLEARED my library!

Noooooooooo...

I've just performed the iTunes software update and it's cleared my entire library!

Any way I can get it back? Dozens of playlists gone! All my ratings gone!

Hold Option/Alt while starting iTunes. It'll ask you to select a library. Find the Previously Libraries folder and select the most recent one.

I always just back up my iTunes to my external once every month or so, just to be safe....
