I've just noticed that several of the iTunes videos I downloaded last week are refusing to play in the latest version of iTunes. All I get is a black screen in the iTunes window. The files appear to be the correct size, and no error messages are reported. Assuming that there is file corruption, is this something I can fix by downloading the files again for free, or do I have to contact Apple directly?

I deleted the iTunes HD video files that were refusing to play, and was able to download them again from the iTunes Store. It looked like a DRM error.
