itunes video chapters

i have some tv shows i've just converted to mpeg files from my humax pvr.

One is of a concert and I would love to be able to add chapters to find specific songs. Am I able to do this in iTunes?

I can't import to imovie to add them as the mpeg isn't 'demuxed' :S and i'm not prepared to encode them any other way, as it just takes to long!

So just demux it already. http://sourceforge.net/projects/macbbdemux

Then use iMovie or probably better QT Pro to add the chapters.
