Hi there,

When you convert video in iTunes by selecting "Create iPod or iPhone Version", what export settings does iTunes use to convert the video?

Thanks! :apple:

what are format of your video files ?itunes only support .mp4 format.

so you must download video converter ,if you are mac user, you must download video converter for mac.

use video converter or video converter for mac to convert your video files to .mp4 files.then import .mp4 files to itunes.

please click here:http://blog.bitcomet.com/post/105653/ or http://blog.bitcomet.com/post/105654/.

they support free download.

Good Luck!

I'm not having any trouble playing videos in iTunes. i am just curious what settings, such as resolution, bitrate, and codec, iTunes uses to export the video for iPhone and iPod. :)

I have a video (UFC 97) it is 2hr19min in .AVI

I converted this to mp4 using "handbreak" then load in to itunes. Tried to sync with iphone but it was not supported. So I selected the video, went to advanced and selected "Create iPod or iPhone Version".

No BS this took over 20hours to convert in itunes. OVER 20 HOURS WTF!!!!!!

it works good plays fine but why did it take so f...ing long.

Sorry I have no idea what export settings.
