Warner Bros is trying to protect their prime shows' syndication value. They did this with Two and Half Men also. You’ll have to wait until it gets sold to syndicators. Then, they’ll put it back up.

The first season was actually on iTunes for quite a while. In fact, the first episode was available for free before it premiered and iTunes promoted it heavily.

In the US it's available on CBS's website. I suspect becasue it's on iTunes in the UK becasue otherwise it's not available there.

Well - TBBT series 4 started on Itunes UK, got half way through and then was pulled. Really annoying.
