N now i see it macrumors G4 Mar 7, 2019 #4 Don't feel bad (or good) about "hating apple". It comes with the territory. At some point we've all had that same emotion. It's normal. Maybe "hate" is a too strong word, but "very frustrated" fills the bill quite aptly.

Click to expand... And we'll all guess what version of iTunes you think you're using, and whether that version even knows what an XS is.

Click to expand... If iTunes is not up to date, it will have problems connecting and seeing your XS, even though it can see your 6S.

Minorite macrumors 6502a Mar 8, 2019 #7 What's your OS? XS requires 10.11+ for Macs. Also check antivirus/ad-blockers.
