itunes windows 7 HDD space problem

guys please help me, upon uninstalling old itunes in my PC, it didnt free up memory space in my hard drive.

then upon reinstalling, it takes space again so basically it looks like the older installation is not deleted.

anyone knows where to find the files of the old installation or a workaround for this? in order to free up space. thanks!
