On occasion, I get to tagging the HD version of a movie before HB has finished with the SD version. In the past, I could drag 'n' drop the HD file to iTunes and, later, once the SD file was ready, drag that over too. iTunes would add it to the library under the original HD entry.

Now, if I put one version into iTunes before the other, iTunes refuses to accept any other versions. To get both into iTunes, I have to drag the SD file over at the same time, or at least before iTunes has finished importing the HD version.

    Has anyone else experienced this?

The only other thing that has changed, along with new iTunes version(s), is that I use Subler for the entirety of the tagging process whereas before I used to split the job between Meta X (for the informational tags) and Subler (for the CNID and HD/SD flags).
