iTunes won't connect to iPhone

I don't know what happened, but all of a sudden iTunes won't connect to my iPhone. I've attached the error dialog. I don't have a clue what suddenly "broke" things. aaaarrrrggggghhhh... Any help/thoughts/ideas would be greatly appreciated.
