iTunes won't force quit

iTunes won't quit regularly, or force quit.

When I force quit, it disappears from the list, but it still appears as running in my dock. If I Cmd+Alt+Esc again, its back on the list. From looking at Activity Monitor, it appears the process isn't even running.

I'm sure a reboot would fix this, but I don't really feel like it 😡
