iTunes won't load charts or search results?

This has been happening for a few weeks now and it is driving me insane! When I go to open up iTunes, I goto the store and then click on charts, and only a certain amount of songs load, and then it just shows a blank chart. Today it loaded to song #85, but yesterday it only would love to song #17 on the top 200... Also when I do a search for an artist, it just brings me to blank screens?? I have the latest version of iTunes and i'm using a Macbook Pro using OS X 10.9.5..



Here are a couple pics of the issue, Please help me solve this problem!!
