Ive noticed a lot of my music wont play fully on iTunes, it'll cut off with 2 or 3 minutes left in the song and start a new one.. any idea how to fix?

Export the song to desktop. Try quicklook to see how long the song is: select the icon and hit space bar.
Try opening the file with Audacity. How long does that say the track is?

Is this your music, or something iTunes, Apple Music or the cloud has had time to work over and 'standardize'?

Try converting a few of those songs to AAC in iTunes. I bet they'll play fine.

Please confirm the result, as I'm researching the same issue.

Oh, also please tell me the relative dates those tracks were added to iTunes and the version you are using.

I'm using Itunes 12.9 and it actually is the new Eminem album now that's doing it, ill try doing the ACC thing but we'll see

I've seen that you made a similar thread in Dec 16, 2017. I assume you've been having the same issue all this time.

Yeah, i have its just weird because it started after upgrading to HS, im going to do a fresh install for Mojave and just try it to start fresh, just put all my music on a thumb drive, so we'll see

I think it's due to a bug in iTunes that messes up the gapless metadata of your music. It could still be there after you change the OS.

Are the tracks you are trying to play in .mp3? If so, it could be the same issue I'm having.

I did the tip you gave me, and it worked on a couple albums but still not 100% but funny part is they play normal on my MBA
