iTunes Won't Recognize ANY iDevice?

So I got a new Mac Mini, and I "Restored From TM Backup" when I first started it up. Everything is working perfectly except for iTunes. My Mac won't recognize ANY iDevice. I have tried my iPod, iPhone, and iPad, and none of them show up. I also tried in Xcode to see if they were detected. Nothing. I know the devices work because I can plug them into my MBP and they show up without a problem. How can I fix this issue? I need to start testing my apps on a device! Thanks in advance 🙂
