iTunes Won't Stay 'Quit'

After about 5 minutes after I quit iTunes it automatically reopens again.
I have absolutely no idea what could be causing this.

How can I fix this?

Check if any Dashboard widgets are causing iTunes to stay open. Like controls etc.

It seems that did it. I now recall this happening a few months back, and it finally went away. I must've quit the iTunes controller in the Dashboard. Thnaks for your help!
