iTunes wont sync my apps

I checked the apps tab in iTunes and I noticed that it was completely empty. I thought all my apps were syncing but apparently not. I have a good amount of paid and free apps and its a pain having to manually install each one after a restore.

I searched the forums but I couldnt find anything....Im using Vista btw...

Is your iTunes updated completely? And if the apps are on your iPhone, you can transfer them to your computer by right clicking on the phone, and choosing "Transfer Purchases".
