itunes wont update to OS4? help

heard about OS4 from apples own website, which states the 3gs can update to OS4, yet when i update it only shows version 3.1.3??

does anyone know what the reason for this might be?
and how can i solve this problem

you need itunes 9.2 beta. its only out for mac as well.

You need 9.2 to install OS4 and in dev area there is no PC client yet.
