iPod touch itunes

So i have an ipod touch linked onto my itunes account. It has roughly 50 dollars left on it and i was wondering if it can be linked to my new iphone or do i have to make a new account?

No matter if u get a new iPhone, or iPod, u will always be able to link that account to any device u get!!!!

That's true. You can have as many devices on one account as you want. My brother and I have 2 iPods on one account and it works like a charm.
