alright,

is there anyway to use the same itunes library on my mac partition on my windows 7 one? same meaning playlists, new songs and everything.

I'm sure the library would not self update to stay current but perhaps I could update it manually?

The difficulty with this is having a shared drive between both OSes that has both read and write access. (The approach there is for multiple computers over a network). This is all discussed in the thread I linked.
