I recently purchased some songs online (not from Apple Music ). I transferred the songs to iTunes and was able to transfer all the songs to my iPhone X except one. I tried different things to get it to download, but it will not transfer to my iPhone !?!!? I tried transferring other songs that had previously been in my iTunes they transferred to my phone without any problems. It's just this one song that's giving me problems!!

No. I don't get any error messages from iTunes. But I did notice that the SYNC option is greyed out and not available!?!

Probably not a file format iTunes can import.
