itv 4 shocking quality

How can they actually boardcast this, it is basically un watchable. See attachment.

Note: I am not a Chelsea fan, in fact quite the opposite, my blood is red (the good kind, both in spirit and class😀 )

Well since starting this thread Man U have got a further 2. Was going to say that the keeper should have done a lot better on the first goal, but now Man U are walking away with this tie.

Its not ITV4's fault - its the Spanish tv station that is producing the pictures.

hmm could well be itv 4 using too much compression just to make sure they can still show itv play.

we could have lots of low quailty channels or a few high quality ones. guess which the gov. decided upon?

IIRC the BBC has a higher bitrate output than any other channel. And again I'm not sure, but widescreen seems "better" than when Channel 4 or ITV attempt it.

Channel 5 just looks like poo. What are they broadcasting at? 256kbps?

If you make that screenshot full screen, it is terrible. I (almost) seriously get better video when i watch video i have recorded on my K800 fullscreen on my computer.

Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? Used to be good, but I don't think I watch the channel anymore...some people recommend Entourage, but I can't bring myself to watch something that isn't even good enough to warrant being on a decent channel....
