iUP 7+ doesn't show under Upgrade Program

upgraded today using iUP from 6s+ to 7+. Checking with the serial no. Of the 6s+ shows that phone has already been upgraded.
Checking with the serial no. Of the 7+ shows it been bought outright and not in iUP

Anyone else having similar issue?
