What about going CC or buying through the Phone carrier on their installment plan.

Most mobile phone companies finance the purchase, and no credit check is needed.

I wouldn’t say it’s impossible but it might not be likely. I believe you need a valid credit card and decent or better credit score to get approved by Citizens One. It will also likely result in a hard pull on your credit report.
