That was a disaster. Pre-approved existing IUP member and couldn't get in the app until 315am, already at 2-3 week delivery. Still haven't received email confirmation and app doesn't show the order.
Meanwhile, VZW went live 10 mins early. I decided to order a backup from VZW after I finally got through - and they still had launch day!
So what do I get for waking up at 3am and loyalty w Apple through IUP? I got screwed.
Do you think my Verizon order will get messed up bc of the order through Apple? Im going to try to cancel it as soon as I get an order confirm (if it even went thru).
I think I may be done w the IUP. Lots on twitter had this same issue and when you HAVE to order thru apple, you get screwed like this. Last year there wasn't enough stock. This year you couldn't get in app, yet carriers had more stock available.
