Other IUP - eligible to upgrade but no phones?

Have to physically go to a store in the UK :/

Hopefully they'll change your program also. Now they mail us the new phones and we have two weeks to send back the old phone.

Came to find out what was the status. Got emails that I was eligible also, lol. I ‘assume’ they would credit us for the extra payments after the 12 since else we would be ‘late’ forever (not be able to upgrade next year without paying more). I’m sure we’ll hear more as we get closer to the actual release date of the new phones.

I hope they do this too! The stores are always really busy with massive lines etc. Don’t fancy going to a store with what’s happening at the moment!
