IUP Program Confirmation Emails

Anyone received theirs yet? Mine said delivery 11/3, but not showing up and no confirmation email yet which is strange.
 
You are not alone. Mine also said 11/3 but I did not get any confirmation email even now - and orders shows nothing. I'm a little worried
 
That's the same for me, got to confirmation page with QR code and confirmed reservation but have not received an email yet nor is it in my reservation page, I'd imagine their servers are just overloaded right now.

Same as mine. joined first time - IUP. Selected store pickup on launch day. at the end it said the application will be decided in 8 hours. Nothing in email, nothing in orders.
 
I kept refreshing the Apple App. Finally got in about 3:15 EDT. Completed Order for Iphone X Silver 256k. Delay was already 2-3 weeks. Delivery of Nov 17th.

Mine already got pre-approved so I don’t know why it wouldn’t send me a confirmation
 
12:43am PST. Placed order as soon as it became available which was around 12:08am. Took me a few seconds to finish the checkout process. Got a delivery date of 11/3. I still have not received a confirmation email for the phone. Right after I finished ordering the phone I placed another order for a leather case and got that confirmation email almost immediately. Im starting to get a bit worried.

I am in the same boat as you are in. I don't see anywhere in the app where it shows my confirmation information for the phone. I also didn't get an email for the IUP orders.
 
I got an order confirmation mail, “We're processing your order”, and that talks about how it was paid for with “iPhone Upgrade Program”. Is there supposed to be a second mail? I’m a new member.

My confirmation came at 12:09 pacific time. It was almost no different using IUP than buying it outright.

I am an existing iPhone upgrade member and have not received my email confirmation yet.
 
I just found my confirmation email in my spam folder for some reason, Might be worth checking

Same. Ordered at 12:10 when the app came up, no confirmation email yet. Hope it went through. If it didn’t then I’ll just keep 7+ and pay it off but that kinda defeats the purpose of me signing up for IUP. :/

No confirmation email here either. No orders in my order history, but when I go to the upgrade eligibility page, it shows in process. I got in for the Nov. 3, so I'm hoping this goes through.

Exact same situation for me. No emails or visible orders but the app says the upgrade is pending.
[doublepost=1509092878][/doublepost]I just got an email from citizens one that my loan was approved. I pre approved on Monday already.
 
My confirmation finally came through. It took about an hour and a half from the time I ordered it. A second email from the IUP to let me know the loan had been approved (although I thought that's what the pre-approval I did the other day was to take care of).

I got both the loan approval and the confirmation emails about an hour and a half after ordering. I also got “pre-approved” on Monday.
