So i picked up my iPhone X from Apple Store, gave them my old 7 Plus and got home. just checked the order status and it says trade in incomplete. Called the store and they said you have to talk to Citizens One loan and let them know that i have returned the device. Anyone else faced the same situation? did yours trade in complete right there and then?
