I pre-ordered using the Apple upgrade program, it looked like it went through, but I didnt get any emails and I cant see my order under my orders. Could it be a glitch? did you all get an email?

Email took a couple of minutes to appear. I ordered a leather case right after and got that email first then the phone. Servers are really slammed right now.

As soon as I opened the apple store apple on my phone it prompted me to finish the pre-order.

You probably will not get n email for a few hours

It wasnt showing! I think it was a glitch, but its showing now!!!! delivery Sept 21st! I ordered another one through ATT because I was freaking out. Iphone X max 256 Gold delivery Sept 21st also. Do you all think It's safe to cancel one or the other by now?

I did 2 preorders about 30 seconds apart. Got the first email confirmation about 3 minutes later, and the second email confirmation didn't come until another 7 minutes later... It'll come. Just give it time.

I got email so late, I went did it again and now I have order for two phones on iup. Will I be able to delete one of them soon? I can’t believe when I saw order pending, I thought something was wrong.

Processing email just showed up at 3:31A ET, Order completed on the app at 3:06A. So 25 minutes.

Im scared to cancel my ATT order! Do you all think if I received the email through apple that It will be delivered on the 21st, I should be safe?

I have the Odd issue why was I charge via my iTunes credit card not the one on citzen loan on my account ?

I swear I choice that when I did the pre approval process the same one on citzen loan.

Is this normal ?

Yes. I had the same issue last year with the X. But I checked out I used the card that I used with Citizens.
