I've been o hold with Apple for 24 min

    I called 1-800 MY APPLE for iPod support and waited 18 min and they hung up on me. I called back and reached a rep and he said he was going to transfer me to a product specialist, but I've been waiting 24 min!

    Sorry? No one said Apple's Support was the best (even though in my experience, I have had no problems)

    Why don't you just go to a store and try to get help there? Thats what I tend to do.

    Also, maybe it's a problem that could be solved on the forums?

    sucks, keep trying or just get support from the forums. what exactly do you need help with?

    Sounds like UK Cable company NTL in the late '90s. Personal best was 70 minutes.

    Bloody useless they were
    If your cable broke then you know your in for a bumpy ride fixing it
