Last week I was in the store staring at the galaxy s3 and iPhone 5, examining it, holding it. What would be my phone for the next year? I've had iphones for 5 years, so I decided to change a bit. Do you know that feeling you get is you don't know how much you love it unless you lose it. That was my feeling with the iPhone 4s, I don't about the GS3, its not bad but not great. I've been rooting it and trying to play around with it as my first android phone but their was no spark for me. The build quality, software, and almost everything is better with the iPhone. I guess I'll just wait for the iPhone 5S (or the next whatever-to-be-called iPhone). At least I am getting the iPad Mini if it will release next week.

You can return the phone assuming you meant a literal week ago.
Why don't you return it, and get the iPhone? If it was a week ago, you have 14 days to return it (maybe longer since it's not an iPhone). Then, you are not wasting an upgrade and you'll have something you really like?
I've recently moved overseas from New York a year ago, I am still getting used to the country. Recently, I found out there's no such thing as a "return policy" or "warranty, that's why i was thinking so much of which phone to get.

Is the resale on a non contract phone (for the s3) enough to get you a full retail priced iPhone?
Haha, the price of the s3 where I live is half the price of the iPhone. it's not really officially released here, so it has an outrageous price of 1100$ for 16gb unlocked.
Why not just return it and get an iPhone 5..if the 5s actually comes out it will be basically the same as the 5 with some slight changes.

Still got your iP4s? Why not just sell the S3 (assuming you have an eBay or CL equivalent there), and continue to use the iP4s? iP4s is still the best phone out there, I would take the iP4s instead of S3 any time.
