Ok so my springboard keeps crashing it just goes into safemode I think it's a problem with preferenceloader like everyone says reinstall cydia substrate and then reinstall preference loader and the resorting and when I respring after reinstalling preferenceloader it just goes into safemode I've installed crash reported and it just keeps telling me crash reporter is the main suspect and I uninstall that and same thing I'm running on low fumes and about to do soemthing stupid according to ever google or bing or youtube video I look up this hasn't happend to anyone it has to be a problem with preference loader I've tried everything help

Uh, no. Never happened to me. But then, I use tweaks that I paid for. You haven't provided much in the way of info on your device, so no one knows what you're using, like an iPad 3 or an iPhone 5S or even what iOS version (7, 8 9?). I suspect it has something to do with the most recent tweaks you've added. And if you use pirate repos/sources, no one here will answer. Periods and coherent sentences also help.

On a 6s here and I had this problem start today. for me it was from the tweak "shortcuts" I have used shortcuts for months and never had a problem until today, and I never installed/updated anything to pinpoint what caused this problem, I used shortcuts to 3D Touch the settings app and respring after changing some theme settings and after I unlocked my phone springboard would crash... So in safe mode I changed all the theme settings back but the sb crash still happened. Found shortcuts to be the problem deleted the file and my iPhone is back to normal... However I do miss the tweak because I grown used to having and using it hope the problem is fixed soon because I really would like it back

Turn of your phone and when it's off, press power and then hold volume up button and after when it has booted up go into cydia and remove all your tweaks one by one and see what tweak is coursing the problem.

Turn of your phone and when it's off, press power and volume up button at the same time, when it has booted up go into cydia and remove all your tweaks one by one and see what tweak is coursing the problem.
Just the volume up key for Mobile Substrate Safe Mode. And you want to keep holding volume up until the lockscreen appears.
