iVi or iFlicks alternative for Windows for MKV to MP4 Muxing?

I have a spare laptop that I want to setup as a media center. On OSX, I use ivi for automatic muxing (video pass through) and adding metadata. However, I can't find anything similar for windows that will allow me to automatically monitor a folder with videos files, remux mkv to mp4 and add metada.

Any suggestions?
