is it Normal for the watch to get warm whist wear it.... not doing anything with the watch too... it get warm then cools down the warms up again .

How can I fixed this

Need way more details here. What do you mean when ‘It gets warm while wearing it’, is the heart rate sensor running? What’s your battery percentage level at when it feels warm on your wrist? What Generation Apple Watch do you have? Any third party applications installed or you’re using?

Do you have 3rd party apps installed? Do you experience fast battery drain?
If so probably an app running in the background with high battery usage

Maybe with extended and heavy WIFI or CELL activity. Otherwise, the only other reason is it is still downloading App?
