iWeb '08 - Simple site tutorials wanted

I want to create a website with iWeb but want it to have a typical list of actions down the left-hand side so users can flip from page to page, go to Links etc.
I don't want the 'pretty, pretty' themes on offer, so does anyone know of any good step by step tutorials online, or a book/manual at a push?

You could create your list of actions by using a text box for each action, and then, via the Inspector, turn each one into a hyperlink, either linked to another of your pages, or to an external website.
