I've had my macbook for almost a year and just recently used iweb to try to start my webpage. I've never built a webpage either, so I'm pretty new at all of this.
I have a domain thru godaddy.com, and I put together a home page and tried publishing it multiple times. When I hit the publish button on iweb it loads and loads and loads and loads and never ends...... Not sure if it's on the iweb or godaddy side that isn't allowing it to load. any suggestions?

thanks.

Assuming you have iWeb '08, there are two ways to have your site appear with GoDaddy. 1) You either have a personal domain set up and also a MobileMe account, which means that any visits to the .com/.net address with GoDaddy redirects to your MobileMe published site, or 2) You have purchased a domain with GoDaddy and have no MobileMe membership. If option 1) you have already registered your personal domain through your me.com Account Settings, and put in a CNAME of web.me.com with GoDaddy? If option 2) you have to publish your iWeb created site to a folder from the File menu, then FTP the resulting folder to GoDaddy's servers.
