You're going to have to clarify a bit...what do you mean when it won't "load" a site? Your iWeb opens up with no sites on the left? Did you computer come with iLife 09 or did you upgrade from iLife 08, iLife 06? If you upgraded from a prior version it may have had to update your domain file. From your description so far your Domain file might have been corrupted by the upgrade process. To see if iWeb works A-OK with a new domain file, go to ~/Library/Application Support/iWeb and pull the Domain.sites icon to your Desktop. Launch iWeb, does it work, can you create a new site? If so, they you could try recovering the Domain file from a Time Machine backup, if you have one. If you don't have a backup you're probably going to have to recreate the iWeb site(s). If iWeb doesn't work even with a new domain file, you may want to consider deleting iWeb and its support files and reinstalling from your iLife 09/bundled applications disc.
