I would like to know if there is a way to add a Contact form Page in Iweb what i mean is like I would to have some think like this where is a picture of it thank you 😕

I believe you can do so using the HTML widget button. By googling "html email form" you can choose the code that's right for you.

All three of these firms can do contact forms of that nature that can be used with the html widget process in iWeb. At least two of them have a free option, but read the details- the free version is normally only usable for a very limited number of responses to your form.
