iWeb html5 Videos

I need a very easy noobway to implement videos with html5 in a iWeb - website. StepbyStep since im not really good with these things. Thank you 🙂

How about post to Youtube then embed the result in your page?

supposed to be a private video, so youtube wont work. The video contains music protectet by copyright, so they wont host it.
