My college supplied me with free webspace so I took advantage of it via iWeb... I made my site > saved to a folder > and then uploaded it to my website via Cyberduck... the problem is there are  marks everywhere.

How do I get rid of those is basically what my question is

I don't use iWeb or Cyberduck, but those generally occur when something has the character encoding incorrect. I'm definitely not sure how you can fix with those programs though.

Often if you're seeing a bunch of ÅÂÄÁ type arrangements, it's because the font you used it not recognised. Quite common on Japanese websites when Japanese characters haven't been installed.
