iWeb 'Not Responding'

Hi,

I'm trying to design an iWeb page but when I launch the app it just hangs with the spinning beachball and that's as far as I get. Any ideas how i can fix this?

It's version 2.0.2 and it's running on Leopard with the latest update installed if that helps.

iWeb used to launch slowly for me in version 1, have you tried just waiting for it to eventually respond ?

I just checked and I have the same version as you, but mine started in about 10 seconds, bearing in mind I have about 15 pages full of photos though.

I waited and waited and eventually it launched properly and now it launches without any delay.
