I am in the process of getting my website together over the summer, but I have noticed one thing. When I put in my URL (http://www.brianbauerdesign.com), it redirects/changes to (http://brianbauerdesign.com/Site/Home.html).

How do I get it not to change?

Also, I am just using iWeb to get a rough page thrown up while I work on one in Dreamweaver. How would I go about uploading the forth-coming dreamweaver page so it would be like I uploaded through iWeb (if that makes sense?)?

...

Well... I don't have a lot of experience with publishing my own webpages or iWeb... but I think it got "Site" from the name of the group of documents and "Home.html" from the name of the specific document.

...

I would imagine your other more professional app will let you choose to organize it another way.

...

Or I would search around the computer for a hidden file named "Site" and see if I can rearrange the files so that yours is at the root... if that makes any sense. It's probably not a good idea... and I'm considering not even mentioning it... it seems highly likely you could end up breaking your website and iWeb (along with who knows what else?)

...

Well, even if I didn't help you at least I bumped your topic so maybe someone else with more experience will come and help. Or at least come in and scream "NOOOO! Don't do the stupid thing ArtOfWarfare suggested!"

I'm guessing you're using .mac to host your files?

The only thing you could have is a redirect page in your base / directory (or a .htaccess file) that redirects the browsers to site/

Not sure about your uploading question, but your best bet is to download an FTP client (does .mac support it?!)
e.g. Cyberduck (free)
If you can login using FTP have a look in that directory.
