    Hi,
I would like to have website made on iWeb and I would like to have 10 posts on every page, kinda like blog. So when I publish new post, can oldest post on page automatically go on next page? And one more thing, I used blank template because of a design of website.

Doesn't look like it will automatically do exactly what you want. You can use their blog widget and set it to have 10 entries on the blog summary page. The older ones will roll to the archive.
