    Bump

    Having this issue as well.

    I am hosting at http://externalip:8080/index.html

and this actually works fairly well. but when i go to the blog page, none of the entry's are accesible and neither is the rss feed.

From what i can tell, this is a result of iweb linking to files at
    http://externalip:/blog.....whatever/whatevr

It is converting colons into something else... hex?

PLEASE tell me this can be fixed.

Have you looked at the Publish Settings residing in your Project Folder? (inside iWeb, the folder icon that holds your pages)

iWeb automatically makes the assumption that you'll be using port 80 so try changing your root Website URL to: http://example.com:8080 and that should do the trick.

    No no no.

Maybe I wasnt clear. I have setup the iWeb page properly because when I exchange the %3a for a coon :)), the page directs properly. i think i have a typo there.

i want it to go to http://externalip:8080/blog....

    but it goes to http://externalip:8080/blog...

but my browser does not see this as the same thing. maybe other browsers do i wonder... i just know it doesnt work on safari or firefox.
